Polycarbonate Conservatory Roof Window Film
Polycarbonate conservatory roofs suffer from excessive heat and glare, much like glass conservatories. Standard window film is not recommended for use on polycarbonate roofs. Our specialist polycarbonate solar film combats heat and glare while providing UV protection.

We usually advise blinds are removed prior to fitting window film. In some cases it is possible to work around them. It’s best to contact us and we can advise you further.

Solar control film is actually very affordable, especially when compared to other methods of reducing heat such as blinds, shutters or solid roofs.

Certainly, window film can be applied to most glazing types whether they are on your conservatory roof or sides.

Window film can be removed at any point. Once removed the glazing is returned to the same state it was prior to installation. We recommend a professional removal of window film to ensure no damage is done to your windows or glue residue left behind.

To the untrained eye it is unlikely you will notice the film. The glazing will have a tinted appearance but will not look out of place. We pride ourselves on installing film to the highest of standards.

To reduce heat and glare it is necessary to also reduce the amount of visible light entering the conservatory. The films are designed to maintain a natural feeling light level.
